This is the beginning of what I expect to be a mini series; it is subtitled "A Cleansing Experience". I've been a yogini for many years, I like the cleansing aspects of the practice... which I practice in natural health's many forms. In particular, I'm obsessed with flushes, of all sorts. If you'll let me, I'll give you a flush, if only as a friendly favor; I do suggest them to all my friends (and am usually shut down rather quickly). There are cleansing flushes, coffee flushes, wheatgrass flushes... the list goes on and on. Let me put it this way; if it's good for you going down, I've probably put it "up" as well. So, it's only fitting that I finally share this experience with you all... to encourage you, that you see that, the flush is not the scary, painful, distasteful event that many believe it to be; it can in fact, be fun and enjoyable ;) At least I enjoyed this immensely anyway...<br /><br />
